The Firebirds staff will actually not be going to the open workouts this Saturday. Bowick for personal reasons was unable to go and the rest of the staff will stay behind as well.
Even so, there is a chance a few of these players could make it to the Firebirds training camp roster so stay tuned for the program reviewing the workout on Sunday.

The Firebirds also had a press release today introducing six new players. Four of them were already on this site's transaction column for weeks, but the team is revealing them in bits.
The players are:

WR Harry DeBerry
WR/DB Alvin Jackson
WR/DB Patrick Horne
K Brian Umstead (friend of the site)
